CAITLIN PHELPS LMFT, LIMHP

Hi, I’m Caitlin. I am passionate about holding a welcoming space for people to feel seen, understood, and valued. I am honored to join others on their path towards wellness and I find great joy in witnessing others embrace their strengths, hope, and inherent worthiness. My heart as a therapist is to meet you where you are and lead with compassion, allowing a sacred space for restoration and healing.

I frequently help individuals with the following issues: anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, and burnout. Through a client-centered, collaborative process, I utilize a therapeutic framework that includes components of Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.

Some of my favorite things include: spending quality time with friends and family, baking and cooking, being aunt Cait-Cait to my nieces and nephews, music, cheering on the Huskers, and hanging out with my dog, Hutch.

It is a courageous step to begin the process of therapy, I would love to hear from you to see if I'd be a great fit for you on your journey.
